A Story on the Sun and the Moon

Once there was a lonely sun who couldn’t find meaning in life. He wakes up as if every day is ordinary day. He works to set his light and heat in the earth. For several hours he floats in the skies, laughing with the clouds, playing with the wind. At the end of the day, he sets down.
This was his routine day after day…until the moon came.
The moon pivoted into the sun’s orbit. She has the sweetest smile and sparkling eyes. Her laughter would remain ringing in the sun’s ears after a long time. Her sunny ways and infectious smile can brighten the whole galaxy. It wasn’t long until the sun found he’s falling for her. He wanted to be a part of her world. He wanted her in his life. Forever.

My Lola (Grandma) always says, “Ang buhay ay parang gulong lang, minsan ika’y nasa itaas, minsan nasa ibaba.” (Life is like a wheel, sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down.)
Life continues to roll and whether we like it or not, there are moments that we just fall off the wagon. It could be from the wagon of dieting or weight-reduction; wagon of money saving; or any aspired goal which we keep on trying to achieve through an effortful of habits we try to perform. To put it simply, we have a goal, and we try to reach it by forming related habits that could help reach that goal.
On one telecast show of Oprah, she mentions about falling off the wagon in dieting. Some people have acquired a diet-conscious lifestyle in order to get the ideal weight they’re clamoring for. Unfortunately, there
