We have arranged all our staff to make careful inspection on our remaining listings including thetitles, productdescriptionsanddetail pages. 2. In order to reduce our company's violations, we have arranged two experienced employees to solve similar title correction problems. (1) Pay attention to the the editing of products detail pages at any time. (2) Regularly check the information in detail pages of each product of our company to confirm whether thereis any need to modify. (3) We have to pay special attention to whether our title is maliciously changed by other sellers. (4) Train new employees on Product Detail Page Rules to ensure that they can be employed after passing the assessment. 3. We have carefully learned Product Detail Page Rules mentioned in your informing letter and we extracted some rules related to our issues: (1) You may only update detail pages to better or more accurately describe the product as originally listed. (2) If you choose to re-brand a product you must create a new ASIN rather than update an existing ASIN. This is true even if the product is unbranded and does not change materially after the brand change. (3) If you believe that the brand or manufacturer name on an existing ASIN is incorrect, please contact Seller support and provide all available evidence to support your position. This includes if you are unable to list a product with the correct UPC because that UPC is already in use for another ASIN.Do not make changes to the original ASIN. Instead contact Seller Support with proof of UPC ownership and request that they cleave a new ASIN for the same UPC. 4. We have informed all employees that theinformation on the product details page must accurately describe the product. The information can't mislead customers, let alone change product titles at will. When adding a new product list to the seller's account,you must carefully consider the information on the product detail page before editing the information on the product page.Avoid any unnecessary problems in the future.PAGE 2 5. Being aware of that the awareness of Amazon policy in our company was weak,the editorial manager decided to carry out a targeted studying plan: (1) Print out the Chinese and English versions of the Condition Guidelines,Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions, and Product detail page rules and ask every employee in the product editorial department to make comments.
