We are very sorry that we failed to provide sufficient evidence in our last appeal that we only have one Amazon account.
We received an email from Amazon our selling privileges have been removed because our account is related to another account that is not allowed to sell on Amazon. We also include a detailed plan of action to prevent issues from happening again.
Since the employee used his cellphone(159XX193333) to double sign up for two Amazon accounts, one at the company he previously worked for(Guangzhou huichu xinxi keji youxiangongsi(广州XX信息科技有限公司);Legal person:PXXi Weng,registered email:wenXXntai@hotmail.com) and the other is our account . The selling privilege of (Guangzhou XX xinxi keji youxiangongsi has been suspended because they have sold restricted products. After negotiating with the legal person in charge of Guangzhou XX xinxi keji youxiangongsi(广州XX信息科技有限公司) , they have successfully appealed the account successfully. Please see the attached record of our communication with them.
We would like to reiterate that we only have one Amazon account and due to an employee's negligence we used a used phone to Sign up for our own Amazon account. But we had nothing to do with this company((Guangzhou XX xinxi keji youxiangongsi(广州XX信息科技有限公司)). We're fully aware of our own negligence. We implore Amazon to give us a chance to reinstate our account.
. We have many years of experience in domestic e-commerce, we are a very well-known merchant in Jingdong and Taobao. We have research and development capabilities as well as a number of long-term cooperative factories. Since we started to enter the Amazon platform, we have been strictly abiding by Amazon's various policies. We completely reject any so-called black technology on the market such as bill payment, and rely entirely on the excellent product quality and investment in CPC advertising. Significant cost to build our brand awareness as well as our reputation. You can see by the data that our account has accumulated $54463.87 on CPC. Due to the outstanding performance of our account, Amazon also invited us to join the Amazon Accelerator program.We are very sorry and regretful that our account was closed due to a mistake made by our staff, but we would like to ask Amazon to give us another chance, we are really a very good and powerful merchant.
In this appeal we have conducted a more detailed analysis and provided additional evidence to demonstrate that our future operating plans are fully compliant
This is the first time we have registered and sold products on Amazon. We only have this account and don't know why it is associated with other accounts. But we want to clarify that: We just started to sell on amazon.com and only have one US seller account. Since we started selling on Amazon, we are selling very well and praised by our customers, which you can see from our reviews and ratings.
In order to better cooperate with the Amazon's investigation, we made the following speculations for the reasons causing our account related to another account and implemented corresponding solutions.
Here are the possible reasons:
.In the year of 2018,we recruited an new employee named :Wenye Zhou who once worked in a company focusing selling on Amazon. The company name is : Guangzhou XX xinxi keji youxiangongsi(广州XX信息科技有限公司);Legal person:PaXXi Weng,registered email:wenXXtai@hotmail.com. According to the employee’s recall : the selling privilege of this accoung (weXXantai@hotmail.com) had been removed by Amazon because they sold prohibited products on amazon. Our employee Wenye Zhou has a cellphone number : 159XXX3333. She used this cellphone in the last company Guangzhou XX xinxi keji youxiangongsi(广州XX信息科技有限公司)as registered cellphone number and two-step verification process. While when XX Zhou started working in our company. She deliberately conceals the fact that her mobile number has already registered with other accounts. When our company is registered our own account on January 2018 she used this cellphone number(159XX193333) again.
The reuse of a mobile phone number causes us to be linked with this account(weXXtai@hotmail.com)
We want to clarify that our company has nothing to do with is company :Guangzhou huichu xinxi keji youxiangongsi (广州XX信息科技有限公司).
We can assure you that we have nothing to do with this company Guangzhou huichu xinxi keji youxiangongsi (广州XX信息科技有限公司), simply because we recruited an employee Wenye Zhou who used to work for this company, and she used her phone number to tie her account to both this company and us.
Due to the fact that the employee intentionally conceals the second use of the mobile phone number, our company's account is linked with a blocked account. Not only bring our company a huge loss has also seriously affected the Amazon platform. We are very indignant about this. We will dismiss the employee. In order to prevent other employees from making similar mistakes again, we have notified and publicized the violations of this employee throughout the company. Please see the notice of dismissal in the attachment.
Here are our plan of action:
1. For future new recruits, we will thoroughly review their personal information, as well as register the employee's personal information, mobile phone number, etc. whether they have registered an Amazon account to avoid similar mistakes again!
We have made agreements with all employees and members in our company to prohibit any of them from opening or maintaining a second seller account in the future without prior approval from Amazon.
In the future when there is a legitimate business need for a second account, we will first apply for approval from Amazon with an explanation for the business need. We will not open it unless we have obtained the approval from Amazon
2. Before we purchase a new phone card, we must check with the staff of the business office whether other users have used it before, to avoid any related possibility in the future. We have update the registered cellphone number into a new one: 19102063889. We can provide the new cellphone number invoice in the attachment.
3..We already fired the staff who lack of experience and don't have specification operation habits. And we'll hire experience employees with above 2 years working experience and familiar Amazon rules to expand Amazon Europe market.
4.We’ll organize regular 2-3 training every week, deeply studying Amazon rules and regulations. Our management staff should first enrich our knowledge, better understand Amazon's rules, and provide more comprehensive training for employees
We have arranged training for our company's employees about Amazon Prohibited seller activities and actions, which can ensure they are familiar with Amazon's rules and policies, as well as forbidden product behavior reviews.
5. We have established a department immediately to in charge of Amazon account monitor and prevent similar mistakes. We have provided systematic training about amazon policies and rules to our employees. We have emphasized to everyone that our seller account information can't be used to register any other seller account or buyer account. At the same time, we will also strengthen the training of new employees.
6.We have made it 100% sure to be alert and up to date regarding account notifications and information requirements. Monitoring of our account, performance metrics and all related fields will be prioritized from now on. With no doubt, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform carefully and strictly follow amazon's rules. If any selling questions, we will consult Amazon for help. Last but not least, we have required all our employees to log in our Amazon account only in our office. Logging in amazon account outside our office is strictly prohibited.
